Terms of service

Last updated 24 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Keep My Emails, a service run by Eric Saad ("we"). Contact: support@keepmyemails.co.uk.

1. What Keep My Emails does

Keep My Emails connects to an email account you choose and either copies its folders and messages to another email account you choose ("Move"), or creates a downloadable archive of them ("Download"). The free check shows how many messages and folders your mailbox contains before you pay.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Independence

Keep My Emails is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Virgin Media, Virgin Media O2, Junara, Google, Microsoft, Apple or any other email provider. Their names are used only to describe which accounts the service works with.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and are one-off payments, not subscriptions: Download £9.99; Move £14.99 (includes the download). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.

5. Refunds

To ask for a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt or email support@keepmyemails.co.uk. See the refund policy.

6. What we keep

We don't store copies of your emails. Download archives are deleted 7 days after they are created, so download yours promptly. See the privacy policy for details.

7. Limits of the service

8. Liability

We take care to copy every message, but email servers vary and some messages may fail to copy. The job summary tells you how many were copied, skipped or failed. You remain responsible for keeping your own backup, which is why the download is included with every Move. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the job concerned.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version shown when you pay applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
